Job Summary:

The role involves driving sales growth by promoting and selling IT infrastructure solutions to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients within assigned territory
• Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospects and existing clients to assess their IT infrastructure needs
• Understand client challenges and present customized solutions to address those needs
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing and implementation plans
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry trends and best practices
• Work closely with internal teams for successful implementation of solutions
• Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
