About the Role

We are looking for Account Executives who bring domain expertise and networks in specific verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Education, or Real Estate. Your focus will be on identifying and closing new business opportunities within your vertical, positioning Konnect Insights as a strategic CX partner.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Revenue Generation:

  • Strategically identify, research, and reach out to potential clients within your specialized vertical.
  • Use email, LinkedIn, industry forums, events, and cold calling to initiate conversations.
  • Leverage your understanding of vertical-specific trends to spark interest.


  • Meeting Setup & Client Engagement:

  • Schedule meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the target vertical.
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants to tailor engagement strategies.


  • Discovery & Consultation:

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client-specific challenges, workflows, and CX objectives.
  • Translate customer pain points into opportunities where Konnect Insights can deliver measurable value.


  • Product Demos & Value Mapping:

  • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations aligned to the vertical’s use cases.
  • Articulate the ROI and business impact of adopting Konnect Insights.


  • Pipeline & Forecasting:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Keep CRM records updated with lead status, meeting notes, and deal progress.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of new business acquisition, with deep understanding of vertical-specific needs and buying cycles.
  • Experience in conducting discovery, demos, and closing deals in a consultative selling model.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Familiarity with international/domestic markets and associated nuances is a plus.
