Job Description

We're looking for smart, driven individuals to join our CX Solutions Trainee Program, where you'll work directly with the founder and leadership team at Konnect Insights. This is not your average internship. This is your launchpad to becoming a Solutions Consultant in one year. Responsibilities Shadow the founder and the CX team to understand real-world enterprise problems. Assist in building solution demos, use cases, and client proposals. Learn and support solutions consultants, product onboarding, and client success strategies. Work across departments, product, sales, support, and marketing to understand how a B2B SaaS business scales. Participate in key customer meetings and industry research. Contribute ideas and insights to shape the product roadmap and client pitches. Requirements Fresh graduates (or up to 1 year of experience) from any stream. Excellent communication skillsverbal and written. Tech-savvy and quick to learn software platforms. Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Self-starter with a hunger to grow and make an impact. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to be groomed into a client-facing role.
