Job Summary

We are seeking a competitive and self-driven Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, engaging with prospects, and building long-term partnerships across industries. This role requires a mix of business development, relationship management, and solution selling to achieve sales targets and establish Great Learning as a trusted partner for enterprise learning.

  • Sales Approach:

    We focus on B2B sales, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our partners.
  • Target Market:

    The ideal candidate will engage with organizations in sectors such as GCCs, Consulting,

    IT/ITeS, BFSI, Analytics, E-commerce & Healthcare.
  • Team Structure:

    As a Sales Manager, you will be part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to driving growth and achieving targets collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Negotiation

    : Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from pitching and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing high-value deals that meet revenue goals.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build trusted relationships through in-person meetings, field visits, and virtual interactions. Understand client needs and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals to address their business challenges.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management:

    Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying and prioritising opportunities, ensuring smooth progression through the funnel, and maintaining accurate CRM records for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to co-create solutions and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Market & Account Intelligence:

    Research accounts, map decision-makers, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and shape sales strategies.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft/Google Office Suite
  • A strong desire to achieve targets and drive sales; we value hunger, passion, and a positive attitude.
  • Exposure to Edtech or enterprise learning solutions preferred
