As an Enterprise Sales Manager at our leading provider of innovative supply chain software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring operational efficiency for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new pharmaceutical clients across North India. You will leverage your technical knowledge and industry connections to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry. By conducting detailed needs assessments and delivering compelling presentations of our supply chain solutions, you will customize solutions to address specific client requirements and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. To excel in this role, you must possess an Engineering degree with an MBA or equivalent business qualification, along with 6-7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in supply chain solutions. A proven track record of closing high-value B2B sales deals, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and challenges, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders are essential qualifications.
