Role Overview:


Performance Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist


Target Verticals:


  • Automotive OEMs & aftermarket
  • Component & parts manufacturers
  • Industrial equipment & parts suppliers (India market)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and optimize ARVO’s

    B2B lead funnel

    via LinkedIn Ads, email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Run

    targeted campaigns

    focused on engaging decision-makers in manufacturing and automotive ecosystems.
  • Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our ICP (supply chain, aftermarket, operations leaders).
  • Monitor, analyse, and improve campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, MQL conversion).
  • Develop landing pages and lead capture workflows aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing KPIs with business development goals.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 1-2 years of experience in

    B2B digital marketing

    , specifically in the

    industrial or manufacturing tech

    space.
  • Demonstrated success in

    LinkedIn lead generation

    targeting C-suite or senior operations personas.
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
  • Strong copywriting and campaign execution skills for email, LinkedIn, and gated content.
  • Experience working with niche SaaS or enterprise solutions in

    supply chain tech
