Role: Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Conduct 

  high-volume cold calls

   to potential B2B clients across target sectors
• Effectively pitch ARVO’s solutions and value proposition

• Qualify leads

   and schedule meetings for the field sales team
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the 

  CRM system

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategy
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in 

  inside sales, telecalling, or business development

• Strong verbal communication, 

  presentation

  , and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert initial interest into meetings
• Prior experience in 

  B2B tech, SaaS

  , or 

  enterprise sales

   is a plus
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales tools
