With a Class B ISP License from the Department of Telecommunications, we aim to be a single-point access provider, delivering seamless connectivity solutions for businesses and homes. Role Description As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise business growth by selling solutions such as Internet Leased Line, SIP Trunk, Enterprise Wi-Fi, and Bandwidth-on-Demand solution . This is a client-facing role requiring excellent sales acumen, relationship-building, and solution-selling expertise. Key Responsibilities New Client Acquisition – Identify, target, and onboard new enterprise clients across Pune. Sales Strategy Development – Build & execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives. Lead Generation & Prospecting – Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Solution Selling – Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate enterprise connectivity solutions. Sales Presentations & Demos – Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers. Account Management – Manage existing key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. Sales Operations – Maintain CRM records, track pipelines, and report sales activities regularly. Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Collaboration – Work closely with the technical, support, and provisioning teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Market Intelligence – Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and market opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Strong sales presentation, negotiation & communication skills. Experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, account management, or lead generation. Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/related field (preferred). Experience in Telecom/ISP/IT solutions is advantageous. Fresher’s with excellent communication & eagerness to learn will also be considered (training provided).
