Role Description

Internet Leased Line, SIP Trunk, Enterprise Wi-Fi, and Bandwidth-on-Demand solution


Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition – Identify, target, and onboard new enterprise clients across Pune.
  • Sales Strategy Development – Build & execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Solution Selling – Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos – Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Account Management – Manage existing key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Operations – Maintain CRM records, track pipelines, and report sales activities regularly.
  • Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the technical, support, and provisioning teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and market opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong sales presentation, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, account management, or lead generation.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Telecom/ISP/IT solutions is advantageous.
  • Fresher’s with excellent communication & eagerness to learn will also be considered (training provided).
