Enterprise Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive the
end-to-end sales process
from lead generation to deal closure for enterprise clients across India, EMEA, and APAC. - Build a
strong sales pipeline
through proactive prospecting, market research, and network expansion. - Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within
Fortune 1000 and Global 2000
companies. - Lead discovery discussions to deeply understand client challenges, objectives, and desired business outcomes.
- Develop and present
tailored SimplifyVMS solutions
aligned with client business needs and goals. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close high-value deals.
2. Consultative Solution Selling
- Act as a
trusted advisor
to enterprise clients by providing insights into contingent workforce trends, procurement strategies, and technology solutions. - Map client requirements to
SimplifyVMS capabilities
, demonstrating how our platform can deliver measurable value. - Conduct
live product demos
, solution walkthroughs, and workshops showcasing platform differentiators. - Collaborate with solution engineers and product teams to design optimal client solutions.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with
C-level and senior stakeholders
(Procurement, HR, IT, and Finance). - Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle, coordinating with implementation and customer success teams.
- Serve as the
voice of the customer
to internal teams, providing feedback for product enhancements and market needs.
4. Market Development & Strategy
- Drive SimplifyVMS market presence across multiple geographies through
targeted enterprise sales strategies
. - Stay current on
VMS, MSP, HR Tech, and procurement technology
trends, competitors, and market shifts. - Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
8–12 years
of experience in enterprise software / SaaS sales
, with at least 5 years in HR Tech, VMS, MSP, or workforce management solutions
.- Proven track record of
winning large, complex deals
(mid to high six-figure or multi-million dollar contracts). - Demonstrated experience selling into
Procurement, HR, IT, or Finance
functions within large enterprises. - Strong exposure to global markets — particularly
India, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific
regions. - Solid understanding of the
contingent workforce ecosystem
, vendor management, and services procurement.
Sales Skills
- Exceptional
consultative and strategic selling
abilities. - Strong
negotiation and deal-structuring
skills — able to close complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to deliver compelling
product demos and executive presentations
. - Consistent record of
meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Technical & Domain Expertise
- Familiarity with
VMS platforms, MSP models, HRIS, ERP integrations
(Workday, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.). - Understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and cloud-based solution selling.
- Ability to collaborate with solution engineers and implementation teams to design feasible client solutions.
