Please Note the below before applying: This is full time onsite role in our Hyderabad office in Hi-Tech City. We are absolutely not interested in remote candidates. We are looking for a leader who can be onsite and build a strong and innovative engineering culture. Should have prior experience with a large SaaS platform ideally global and B2B. Should understand the lifecycle of sophisticated B2B SaaS products and various iterations associated with it. Looking for somebody who can start immediately or maximum within 30 days. Should have experience managing multiple workstreams for multiple products simultaneously. We have 4-5 sophisticated products being built simultaneously including our core VMS product, talent platform, IpaaS and data/analytics platform. As we expand globally, we're seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. Currently this role is handled by the CEO and we are looking for a proven CTO to take over and drive the future innovation. The Opportunity We are looking for an innovative, delivery-focused, and process-driven CTO to lead our global technology organization. The ideal candidate will be a passionate technologist with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, experienced in scaling products, teams, and systems while embracing the latest in AI-powered automation, cloud-native architecture, and modern software engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Innovation Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals and customer success. Champion innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven development and coding automation practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance. Product Delivery & Process Leadership Oversee the full SDLC to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality SaaS products. Implement agile and DevOps best practices to drive speed, quality, and scalability. Align engineering and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. People Leadership & Talent Development Lead, grow, and mentor a distributed team of over 100 engineers across multiple geographies. Build world-class engineering capabilities through strategic hiring, upskilling, and organizational design. Cultivate a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and excellence. Stakeholder Management Serve as a key liaison between engineering, product, and business leadership. Clearly communicate technical strategies, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. Drive alignment across departments to ensure cohesive and successful execution. Key Qualifications 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles with a strong focus on B2B SaaS . Should have been in a technology leadership role with a successful B2B SaaS with stable history of employment. Proven history of delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget — repeatedly exceeding customer expectations. Deep technical expertise in: MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) PHP / Laravel AWS Cloud and infrastructure-as-code DevOps/CI/CD best practices Data engineering and scalable architecture. Should have strong experience with building analytics/reporting platforms. Strong understanding and adoption of AI-driven coding automation and modern development tools. Experience managing 100+ engineers in global, cross-functional teams . Deep experience in technical hiring, talent development, and team mentoring . Strong communication and leadership skills — able to influence and align engineering, product, and business leaders. Goal-oriented, delivery-obsessed mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments .
