Your Reponsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-caliber engineering team delivering banking CRM and complex data management. Dev Ops experience & knowledge is necessary faster and smoother deployment for clients.
• Strategically manage server ecosystem transitions (C Panel, AWS or Azure) and architect advanced CRM solutions for high profile clients.
• Drive hands-on product configuration and solution architecture, leveraging full-stack engineering and AI data set creation.
• Ensure on-time delivery of projects, while supporting team growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Work directly with company founders, contributing to the long-term tech vision and organizational growth.

What we are looking for

• 4-5 years as Engineering lead, preferably in enterprise banking/fintech CRM with extensive DevOps experience
• Proven expertise in server migrations (cloud/on-prem) and complex product configuration.
• Experienced in solution architecture, full-stack development, and AI/ML data projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and skills in stakeholder management.
• Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on, founder-driven environment.
