Customer Support Executive

We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executives | Navi Mumbai (In-Office)

Join UPONLY Technologies as we expand our Outbound Sales Contact Center team! We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals who can make every interaction count.

What You’ll Do:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and present solutions clearly.

- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales opportunities.

- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and successful conversions.

Skills You’ll Need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a strong advantage.

- Confidence in making outbound calls.

- Persuasive communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

- Basic computer literacy & familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
