Your impact will be significant in shaping the culture, delivery practices, and technical decisions of the India team, aligning them with Konovo's global standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a hybrid team of software, data, and quality engineers in Bengaluru. - Contribute directly to architecture, design, and coding while guiding technical decisions. - Partner with Product and Design teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions meeting business needs. - Apply Agile practices (Scrum) for alignment, focus, and continuous improvement. - Build a collaborative culture focused on integrity and accountability, fostering growth and learning. - Support hiring and onboarding processes to scale the India team. - Ensure delivery excellence through best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring. - Act as a bridge between local engineering efforts and global engineering standards of Konovo. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in team leadership or people management within engineering. - Strong technical background in software development and system design. - Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS environments, preferably AWS. - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies. - Strong communication skills in English with a focus on mentoring and team development. - Comfortable balancing delivery ownership with mentoring responsibilities. - Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities. - Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
