What you will do:

• Client Collaboration:

  Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and translate needs into actionable engineering tasks.

• Engineering Ownership:

  Guide the team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions while also contributing to the codebase when required.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor and support engineers, ensuring clarity of tasks, healthy collaboration, and timely delivery.

• Project Management:

  Own project timelines, proactively manage risks, and ensure smooth coordination between engineering and business teams.

• Quality Delivery:

  Ensure strong coding practices, documentation, and adherence to technical standards.

• Bridge the Gap:

  Act as the liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

What you bring to the table:

• 2-3 years of overall experience in software development, with exposure to

  service-based environments

  .
• Proven track record as both a

  Project Manager (client-facing, requirement gathering)

  and an

  Engineer (hands-on coding)

  .
• Strong technical expertise in modern backend or frontend technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, React).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams alike.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams, ensuring delivery against timelines with quality outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
• A “player-coach” mindset—equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to code and mentoring others.
