Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Client Implant)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Draft and publish job postings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in offer negotiation and documentation.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in

  manufacturing Tools

  or

  Auto Ancillary

  domains.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The job location will be Sector 76, Gurugram, Haryana, with a 6-day working schedule.

Note: This role is for an implant recruiter at the client location. The candidate will be deployed at the client site for the duration of the project requirement.
