Engineering Recruiter

You have an exciting opportunity to join ACL Digital as an Engineering Recruiter for Direct Clients in the US Staffing industry. Based in Bangalore, you will be part of a dynamic team with a 5-day working schedule onsite during EST/PST shift hours. As an ideal candidate, you should have over 4 years of experience in engineering recruitment specifically within the U.S. staffing industry. You must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Aerospace/Aviation sector and have a successful track record of hiring for various engineering roles such as mechanical, electrical, structural, and manufacturing engineers. Your experience should also include high-volume/bulk hiring in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, especially JobDiva, is highly preferred. Furthermore, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred qualifications for this role include exclusive or prior experience in supporting aerospace positions like Stress Engineers, Liaison Engineers/MRB Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers. Familiarity with aerospace standards, technologies, and certifications would be an added advantage.
