About the Role:

Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles – from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Work closely with technical hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers; ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring engineering positions.
• Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry movements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of

  experience in US technical recruitment

  , with a focus on engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of

  technical skill sets, tools, and terminology

• Experience working with

  ATS platforms

  and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B.Tech, BCA or MCA.
• Experience working with

  VMS portals or MSP clients
