Role Overview: As an Engineering Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience, you will be joining a talent acquisition team with a focus on engineering roles, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Construction Engineering. Your role will involve recruiting for advanced engineering positions like Power Electronics, Embedded/Firmware Engineering, and Power Control Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering roles across various disciplines. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a primary focus on full-time positions (90%). - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
