You are a motivated Engineering Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience, looking to join a talent acquisition team. You should possess a strong understanding of engineering roles, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Construction Engineering. Experience in recruiting for advanced engineering positions like Power Electronics, Embedded/Firmware Engineering, and Power Control Engineering would be advantageous. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for engineering roles spanning various disciplines. You will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes primarily focused on full-time positions (90% focus) and collaborating closely with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and candidate profiles. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for existing and upcoming openings will also be a key task. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech or B.E) and have 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience in engineering fields. Familiarity with roles in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Construction, or Advanced Engineering sectors is essential.
