Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting pre-existing leads within the IT healthcare sector, focusing on the North American (USA) market. This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions in healthcare and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with and convert pre-existing leads provided by the company, with a focus on the IT healthcare domain.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in North America.

Sales Process Management: Guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the US healthcare IT market.

Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs.

Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in IT sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions and the challenges faced by the industry in North America.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work during EST business hours from Noida, Sector 62.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience selling IT solutions to US-based healthcare organizations.

Technical Aptitude: Understanding of software products and services relevant to healthcare.
