✔️ 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Engineering, Construction, and
Manufacturing industries
✔️ Strong understanding of technical roles (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineers, Plant Managers,
Production Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, etc.)
✔️ Proven ability to source niche profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and
headhunting
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
✔️ Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
