• Industrial, Systems & Manufacturing Engineering

• Chemical & Process Engineering

• Biomedical & Medical Device Engineering / Biomedical Engineers

• Aerospace & Defense Engineering

• Cross-Functional Engineering Roles

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit engineers across various domains listed above.
• Use VMS/MSP platforms to manage job orders, submissions, and communication.
• Conduct technical screenings and coordinate with U.S. account managers and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of engineering recruitment

  experience (U.S. market preferred).
• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and technical role requirements.
• Prior experience using

  VMS/MSP platforms

  is a must.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working the

  night shift

  (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
• Female candidates preferred;

  cab facility provided
