Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, PA, NP, etc.) for U.S.-based roles.
• Utilize job boards, social media, internal databases, and VMS portals to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS and VMS platforms.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare job roles, terminologies, and licensure requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working the

  night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
