About the Role:

Staffing Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee and streamline end-to-end staffing operations across verticals and geographies (primarily US).
  • Implement effective recruitment processes, compliance procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate between recruiting teams, account managers, and leadership to align on goals and delivery timelines.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Act as a senior recruiter for high-impact roles when needed—especially for critical, niche, or executive-level positions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to the recruiting team on sourcing strategies, ATS usage, client interaction, and closing techniques.
  • Ensure candidate pipeline quality and reduce time-to-fill for key roles.


Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
  • Grow key accounts by offering tailored staffing solutions, forecasting hiring trends, and ensuring delivery satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop hiring and scaling strategies to support client demand and internal growth.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and account executives.
  • Report directly to executive leadership and contribute to quarterly and annual planning.
  • Drive adoption of technology tools, automation, and performance dashboards.


Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in US Staffing

    , with progressive responsibilities across recruiting, operations, and business development.
  • Minimum 5 years

    of experience as a

    Business Development Manager

    with proven client acquisition and account growth achievements.
  • Demonstrated success as an

    independent recruiter

    (hands-on recruiting experience a must).
  • Deep understanding of US labor market, visa processes (H1B, GC, etc.), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance norms.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice).
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in VMS/MSP environments
  • Track record in scaling recruitment teams or opening new market segments
  • Strong data-driven mindset and decision-making capability
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
