The role involves managing recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll, invoicing, employee relations, and ensuring compliance for consultants deployed with our US clients. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, coordination with the management for internal hiring, and interview scheduling. Formulating HR documents like offer letters, onboarding documents to the internal employees. Manage onboarding processes and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Coordinate with US consultants for the timesheets for invoicing to the clients on Monthly/weekly basis.
