You'll thrive in a distributed, collaborative environment, leading full-stack engineering teams to build scalable solutions in enterprise-grade systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Talent Development

  • Define team structure and resource needs aligned with long-term strategic goals
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-performing engineers
  • Develop onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture with high engagement and low attrition
  • Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and feedback to promote individual and team growth
  • Manage team performance proactively, recognizing top contributors and addressing performance gaps

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Own execution and delivery of product roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leads to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Drive adherence to technical design standards, engineering best practices, and project timelines
  • Track and report operational metrics such as uptime, SLAs, and product quality
  • Optimize workflows and development processes for speed, quality, and scalability

Leadership & Strategic Direction

  • Convert strategic business objectives into clear, actionable engineering goals
  • Evaluate feasibility of proposed strategies and drive alignment across departments
  • Co-develop OKRs and quarterly roadmaps with cross-functional partners
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement across tools, processes, and team collaboration
  • Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term technical vision and innovation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering management, leading teams of 6 or more engineers
  • At least 4 years of experience in product development leadership (as a lead engineer or manager)
  • 2+ years managing full-stack teams working on scalable web applications
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent
  • Proven track record of driving high-quality project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Sciences, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with relevant technology stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Python/Django, React, Postgres, Go
  • Background in cybersecurity or data protection
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS development and delivery
