Job Title: ER Case Management Specialist

Location: Pune

Shift Timing: UK Region

Overview:

Employee Relations (ER) Case Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level advisory support to Line Managers on complex employee relations issues in a pragmatic and commercially sound manner.
  • Manage a portfolio of ER cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective resolution in alignment with policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Support cross-regional case management (UK, US, APAC), offering insights on local practices and legislation where applicable.
  • Partner with stakeholders to influence decision-making and promote best practices in employee relations and workplace culture.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and high-quality communication to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity in advice and actions required.
  • Analyze trends, case metrics, and people data to identify risk areas and support continuous improvement in ER practices.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies effectively, ensuring compliance and alignment with employment legislation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven generalist HR experience, with a focus on employee relations advisory and case management.
  • Prior exposure to complex case handling in medium to large global or blue-chip organizations.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, particularly within the UK; familiarity with global ER practices is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to deliver difficult messages clearly and constructively.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and interpreting complex people data sets to support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting UK-based stakeholders in a global HR/ER capacity.
  • Background in financial services or similarly complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

Assessment Criteria:

Candidates may be evaluated on key capabilities such as business acumen, risk and controls awareness, change management, digital agility, and technical ER expertise.
