Job Profile

Assist in the creation of a work environment that reinforces the Firm’s culture.

Develop and implement employee engagement events, activities and initiatives to create a highly engaged culture in which team members feel valued.

Assist with events and projects associated with our cultural development, employee appreciation, and recognition.

Create an engagement calendar for driving the engagement strategy throughout the year

Keep reviewing initiatives and projects and provide real time feedback about what is and isn’t working with the current engagement strategies

Brainstorm solutions to improve the employee experience

Partner between the Head HR, business leaders and the HR team.

Establish engagement models, strategy, and delivery plan along with indices to measure satisfaction. Conduct surveys firm-wide and team-wise to understand areas of improvement. Work on an action plan along-with the stakeholders and follow-up on action item periodically.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Nurture a positive working environment.

Manage new hire induction and onboarding.

Skills

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (MBA/PGDM) from a tiered institute.

Excellent communication skills, writing skills and an ethical mindset.

Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Strong time management and priorities management skills ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
