About the Role

Email Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage targeted
email marketing campaigns
to promote services and increase engagement.
Design, test, and refine
email templates and automation workflows
using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar platforms.
Segment email lists and personalize messaging based on audience behavior and demographics.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare analytical reports.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual appeal.
Conduct
A/B testing
to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with
data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
.
Research trends and best practices in email marketing to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements
