About the Role:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Executive who understands sales funnels end-to-end. If you can plan campaigns, automate follow-ups, and convert leads into buyers through smart copy and funnel logic — you’ll love it here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize email marketing funnels from lead to sale.
• Plan and execute campaigns that drive open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Segment audiences for personalized targeting and improved retention.
• Automate workflows using Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and design layouts for better ROI.
• Analyze performance and optimize based on real data.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of email marketing + funnel automation experience.
• Deep understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Strong copywriting skills — you know how to make emails convert.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms (GA4, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proactive mindset — you own your results, not just your tasks.

Additional Advantage:

• Experience in eCommerce, wellness, or digital product funnels.
• Can create effective lead magnets, nurture, and retention sequences.
