Business Development Manager (BDM) / Online Bidder

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as

  Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, and LinkedIn

  .
• Generate quality leads through bidding, cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Write

  compelling proposals and cover letters

  tailored to client requirements.
• Understand client needs, present solutions, and negotiate project budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with the

  delivery/technical team

  to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business.
• Track and report

  weekly/monthly progress

  (bids placed, responses, conversions, closures).
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  BDM / Bidder

  on freelancing platforms (Upwork preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing / web development / IT services

  (or your niche).
• Excellent written and verbal

  communication & negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to

  analyze client requirements

  and create tailored proposals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting will be a plus.
