Role Overview

Email Marketing Specialist

Your mission is to create beautiful, high-performing email flows and campaigns that enhance customer retention, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  weekly email and SMS campaigns for brand and partner brands.

• Design & build

  emails using Klaviyo (or similar platforms) ensuring mobile-first, premium visuals.

• Set up automation flows

  (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback).

• Segment audiences

  based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history.

• A/B test

  subject lines, visuals, send times, and call-to-actions to optimize performance.

• Analyze campaign data

  (open rates, CTR, revenue, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to align email strategy with overall marketing goals.
• Maintain a consistent tone, design, and brand storytelling for brands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in

  email marketing

  , preferably in

  fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Klaviyo, canva, content creation or similar tools

  .
• Strong understanding of

  email automation, flows, and deliverability best practices

  .
• Creative eye for

  design, copywriting, and storytelling

  .
• Data-driven mindset with solid

  analytical and reporting skills

  .
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple brand accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Shopify

  integrations and

  e-commerce analytics

  .
• Basic understanding of

  SMS marketing

  and customer retention funnels.
• Familiarity with

  luxury or premium brand communication style

  .
• Photoshop or Canva design proficiency (a plus).
