About the Role


Email Marketing Manager


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and equally comfortable with strategy and execution. Experience working with platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools is essential. Bonus points if you can create and optimize WordPress landing pages to support email campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the email campaign calendar, ensuring timely delivery of newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences.
  • Plan, write, and edit engaging email copy and content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate on creative assets (graphics, layouts, templates) to ensure polished and compelling communications.
  • Set up, segment, and target campaigns in platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows (drip campaigns, welcome series, re-engagement, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creatives, and send times to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Ensure deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and optimal list health.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (opens, CTR, conversions, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
  • Create and manage WordPress landing pages to support email campaigns, ensuring seamless user experience and conversions.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter management.
  • Proficiency with email tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar ESPs.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to brand voice.
  • Experience in segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for landing page creation and campaign integration.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Availability to work standard business hours aligned with West Coast U.S. (California/Arizona) time zones.
