This role involves database management, campaign execution, A/B testing, content coordination, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote Smartedge services (IMS, ESG, Safety, etc.). Create engaging email content in coordination with the content and service teams. Set up email journeys, drip campaigns, and automation using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar. Lead Generation & Nurturing Build and maintain prospect and client databases. Segment lists based on buyer persona, service interests, industry, and engagement levels. Deploy follow-up campaigns based on lead behavior and sales feedback. Database Management Manage and maintain clean, updated contact lists. Ensure GDPR / privacy compliance in list building and communication. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Optimize campaigns based on data insights and best practices. Collaboration with Sales & Content Teams Align campaigns with sales objectives and active GTM strategies. Coordinate with content creators for case studies, service highlights, and client success stories. (KRAs) & KPIs) -Campaign Planning & Execution -Design and deploy effective email campaigns -Number of campaigns sent per month -Lead Database Management -Build and segment lead/contact lists -Growth of opt-in database (monthly % growth) -Lead Generation & Nurturing -Generate qualified leads for the sales team -Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated -Engagement Tracking & Reporting -Monitor campaign effectiveness -Open Rate %, CTR %, Unsubscribe Rate %, Bounce Rate % -Campaign Optimization & A/B Testing -Improve campaign outcomes based on data insights -Increase in engagement and conversion over baseline -Cross-team Coordination -Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging -Number of collaborative content-driven campaigns -Compliance & Best Practices -Ensure data privacy and industry best practices in email marketing -100% compliance with data privacy and unsubscribe policies Preferred Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) Strong written communication and content editing skills Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics Understanding of B2B consulting services and buyer journey Team collaboration and time management Awareness of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in email or digital marketing, preferably in B2B services Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage Show more Show less
