Job Summary:

senior-level IMS-FMS QEHS Consultant

The consultant will engage in gap assessments, problem resolution, compliance audits, and client mentoring to enable successful implementation or turnaround of integrated management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Implementation Support

• Diagnose complex implementation failures or system breakdowns in ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Provide hands-on consulting support to address repeat non-conformities, high-risk observations, or regulatory gaps.
• Develop and deploy quick-turnaround solutions for documentation, processes, internal audits, and corrective actions.

Integrated Management System Consulting

• Lead or support implementation of IMS aligned with QEHS standards.
• Conduct detailed clause-wise gap assessments and legal compliance evaluations.
• Prepare system documentation including quality manuals, EMS risk assessments, OHS hazard controls, and audit programs.

Mentoring & Capacity Building

• Mentor internal teams on internal audit techniques, root cause analysis, and continual improvement.
• Deliver customized trainings and refresher programs on ISO standards, IMS integration, and compliance awareness.

Audit & Compliance Readiness

• Prepare client sites for certification and surveillance audits.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance verifications, and support closure of external findings.
• Interface with certification bodies or regulators during audit cycles.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Preferred Background
