Create engaging email content in coordination with the content and service teams. Set up email journeys, drip campaigns, and automation using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar. Lead Generation & Nurturing Build and maintain prospect and client databases. Segment lists based on buyer persona, service interests, industry, and engagement levels. Deploy follow-up campaigns based on lead behavior and sales feedback. Database Management Manage and maintain clean, updated contact lists. Ensure GDPR / privacy compliance in list building and communication. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
