Development of effective EHS policies and programs.
Meeting company health and safety goals.
Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
Initiate and organize EHS training of employees.
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment) also prepare a corrective action plan.
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
Continues observation and stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to concern authority.
Responsible to maintain all safety & Health related and Environment related norms norms and documents as per different applicable legislation.
Identifying and ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment.
Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.
Sharing information, suggestions, and observations to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the
Design preventive action plan to avoid accidents.
Proven experience as EHS in plastic processing or engineering or electronic industry.
