Attend internal and customer meetings like kickoff meeting, regular site meeting. 7. Development of site Contractor & Suppliers. 8. Co-ordination of different sites for execution with help of site Supervisor. 9. Submission of daily and monthly site progress report. 10. Technical support to site team and customer. 11. Planning of resources for site execution. 12. Maintain document required for customer and QMS. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Site Execution, surface preparation and application of coating. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Identification of potential opportunities and prospects for Coating Business in various sectors such as Power, Refinery, Chemicals, Water Supply, Irrigations & mining etc. 2. Meeting targeted customers and generation of business. 3. Making technical presentations to customer on products. 4. Study of the order received from the customer & Resolution in case of deviation/s 5. Coordination between customer and Internal departments for further planning 6. Collection of execution completion report from both execution department and the customer 7. Keeping Track of tenders & Preparation of tenders as per requirement. 8. Maintain and enhance relationship with key customers 9. Monitor and bring down the level of receivables as per requirement. 10. Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required 11. Providing assistance to the execution team for smooth and timely completion of the order / project. Desired Candidate Profile 1. 3 to 7 Yrs of experience in sales and Marketing domain. 2. Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory. 3. Role & responsibilities Day to day EHS related activity to Plant & Site Safety Initiatives : - Implementation of safety initiatives like Sr. Management Safety Round, BBS, TBT, Safety Training etc. Record of incident, its investigation and deployment of corrective / preventive actions. Support to Sites : - Support to site safety supervisor, submission of document to vendor registration, provision of safety document for gate pass. Statutory Compliance : - Factory Act: - Ensure compliance of Factory act in factory, annual return, liasioning with Factory Inspector, compliance of lifting tools and pressure vessels, renewal of factory license etc. MPCB Compliance: - Quarterly consent evaluation, renewal of consent, submission of returns Form IV & V, waste disposal and generation of Form 10, environment monitoring etc. Management System : - Maintaining, monitoring and implementation of QMS, EMS & OH&SMS related to HRM&C and Safety, facing of internal audit. Sustainability Data : - Coordination and provision of data related to corporate sustainability initiatives, audit preparation and facing audit. Preferred candidate profile: Industrial experience with ADIS certification is must.
