EHS Officer

As an EHS Officer at Shendra & Waluj Plant, your role involves identifying safety, health, and environmental risks within the facility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing inspection policies, procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. In addition, you will need to develop health and safety procedures for all areas of the company and prepare and schedule training sessions covering emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics. Your key responsibilities include: - Inspecting the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks - Developing and implementing inspection policies and procedures - Creating health and safety procedures for all areas of the company - Preparing and scheduling training sessions on emergency procedures and workplace safety - Ensuring accessibility of material safety data sheets when needed - Maintaining records of hazardous waste discharge or employee exposure - Demonstrating extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies - Utilizing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections In addition to the responsibilities listed, you will be expected to have 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold an ADIS education qualification.
