What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end growth and operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, and D2C website.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with marketplace teams.
• Drive advertising and performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Meta, and Google.
• Manage listings, pricing, reviews, and content hygiene.
• Optimize UI/UX, merchandising, and conversion funnels on Shopify.
• Forecast demand, coordinate inventory, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Use analytics tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Amazon, Flipkart dashboards) to deliver actionable insights.

What we are looking for:

• 2–4 years

  of hands-on experience in e-commerce management across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling sales on

  Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar portals.

• Strong understanding of

  ads performance metrics

  (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and

  SEO tools

  (Helium10, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

  in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Tech-savvy, analytical, and highly organized

  with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
