Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Etsy Coordinator at Awaken Jewels, located on-site in Surat. The role involves managing our Etsy platform by creating and optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key responsibilities include updating product descriptions, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, monitoring order fulfillment, and assisting with marketing initiatives specific to the platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, with expertise in managing and optimizing Etsy shops
• Strong skills in Content Writing, Product Descriptions, and Editing
• Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Excellent Research and Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer behavior
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to respond to inquiries effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with jewelry and luxury product industries, and a passion for sustainability and ethical practices
• Proficient in tools such as MS Office, photo editing software, and data management systems
• Experience in maintaining product quality and ensuring high standards for e-commerce listings
