· Manage product listings, including content creation, pricing, inventory accuracy, and SEO optimization across marketplaces and website.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, and ROI.
· Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue.
· Oversee order processing, customer queries, returns, and service-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
· Collaborate with marketing, design, logistics, and tech teams to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency.
· Track marketplace policies, competitor trends, and platform updates to keep the store competitive.
· Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs and support planning for growth initiatives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools preferred.
· Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
