Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
???? Location: Bangalore (Work From Home) | 6 Days Working (Sun Off)
Experience: 35 years in sales, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, gifting, or e-commerce.
About Us:
The Messy Corner is a premium lifestyle brand offering personalised accessories and gifting solutions across India and globally via our e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive B2B & B2C sales growth; acquire new corporate clients via in-person meetings and pitches.
* Develop & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors.
* Meet monthly/quarterly targets through strategic sales planning.
* Handle negotiations, client communications and deal closures.
* Collaborate with marketing & operations teams for smooth order execution.
* Analyze sales data, identify trends and suggest improvements.
* Explore new sales channels and partnerships.
* Participate in exhibitions/events, set up stalls, and promote the brand.
* Submit timely quotations and bids for corporate procurement.
* Meetings to be conducted in South India only; B2B sales/calls handling for Pan India locations
* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian regional language (preferred)
Requirements:
* 34 years proven sales experience.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup, meet deadlines.
* Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
* Based in Bangalore (Occasional travel to other cities in South India & Mumbai head office)
