Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales and digital campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. The daily tasks include analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, coordinating with the marketing team, managing customer service inquiries, and ensuring seamless online shopping experiences.


Responsibilities:

● Build and manage campaigns across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, BlinkIt, Zepto, Instamart, etc..

● Provide support to the client in terms of technical expertise with regards to the media plan curated for the client

● Analyze and optimize campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights and strategy through quantitative analysis.

● Plan, strategize, implement, report and analyze Ad campaigns across multiple channels, continuously create, categorize and refine keyword lists to drive incremental conversions for the client.

● Maintain reporting or visualization dashboards to communicate data analysis effectively, focusing on marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, campaign impact, and strategic KPIs. ● Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and conv. rate across all channels.

● Collaborate with the Client Services team to understand client requirements and devise e-com strategies & media plans to meet objectives.

● Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative and content to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business goals.

● Monitor campaign performance and results and provide feedback to the design and content teams along with recommendations to further optimize content

● Create, optimize, and oversee day-to-day management of e-com campaigns.

● Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the industry.

● Directly engage with platform contacts to leverage the latest technology and optimization methods.

Deliver regular/weekly campaign reports, along with analysis, insights and recommendations.

● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and real estate to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

● Present the campaign progress report analysis to the account management team or client on a weekly basis.

● Ensure all client queries are addressed on a timely basis and provide recommendations to clients on additional services considering changes in the digital industry trends.

● Maintain ads campaign calendar to effectively communicate launches, time-sensitive or seasonal campaigns, etc.

● Ensure necessary corrective and preventive action is taken to minimize negative outliers / target misses.

● Mentor and guide team members by conducting necessary trainings for relevant tools for their personal and professional development.


Skills Required:

● Proficiency in Amazon, Flipkart and Q-comm (BlinkIt, Zepto, Instamart) Ads

● Experience of working on tools like Amazon pi, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMS, Looker studio, etc..

● Should demonstrate a track record of successfully improving Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and revenue for B2C brands

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively

● A proactive and detail-oriented approach to campaign management

● Excellent communication and verbal skills


Location : Mumbai (Andheri -East)


WFO -5 days a week
