We are seeking a highly experienced and fully self-sufficient E-commerce Marketplace Expert to take complete ownership of our online sales across all major Indian platforms, specifically Mantra, Blinkit, AjioMart, Flipkart, and Amazon. The ideal candidate must be able to launch and scale our TFP products immediately, requiring zero training. This role is critical for driving revenue and maximizing our brand presence across diverse e-commerce channels from Day 1.

Core Responsibilities: Full Marketplace Ownership

The expert will be accountable for the end-to-end management, strategy, and execution across all assigned marketplaces:

• Catalog and Listing Management: Proactively create, optimize, and manage high-performing product listings (A+ content, imagery, descriptions, keyword ranking) across all specified platforms.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market share growth.
• Advertising and Promotion: Design, manage, and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and other promotional campaigns (e.g., deals, flash sales) within each platform's advertising console to maximize RoAS.
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure accurate inventory synchronization, manage fulfillment models (e.g., FBA, Seller-Fulfilled, platform-specific logistics), and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced analytics tools and internal dashboards to track key metrics (Sales Velocity, Conversion Rate, ACOS, ODR) and provide regular, data-driven reports to the Head of Sales.
• Dispute Resolution & Account Health: Maintain impeccable Seller Account Health across all platforms, actively monitoring performance metrics and resolving any policy violations, product quality issues, or compliance challenges promptly.
• Pricing Strategy: Implement competitive pricing strategies and dynamic pricing adjustments to maximize margin and sales volume.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
