Creative Director Copy

Role Overview: As a Creative Director Copy at Oktobuzz, you will lead the creative direction, marketing copy, creative strategy, writing, and art direction for various digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve generating innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, product launches, and other marketing efforts. Additionally, you will develop style guides and messaging frameworks to guide copywriting efforts and maintain brand identity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead creative strategies for copywriting that support overall marketing objectives and brand positioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that deliver a compelling brand experience. - Conduct thorough reviews and provide feedback on copy produced by team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. - Present creative concepts and copywriting deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, articulating rationale behind creative decisions and addressing feedback effectively. - Hire capable independent resources, conduct team meetings to track progress, mentor teams for proactive problem-solving, and ensure adherence to documented SOPs. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of industry experience, with digital agency experience and team management skills preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to articulate and explain complex creative ideas, concepts, and strategies effectively. - Strong leadership skills to inspire teams, set strategic direction, and drive organizational success.
