Role Overview: As a Creative Director - Copy at Grapes, you will be responsible for driving innovation and uniting clients with their goals across services. You will be expected to craft compelling narratives in both Hindi and English, bring fresh ideas, and think visually while writing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative strategies aligning with the company's brand, vision, and business goals. - Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. - Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of words and visuals. - Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences. - Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets ensuring consistency across all platforms. - Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across various mediums. - Write ads, scripts, social media content, and long-form content in both Hindi and English. - Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. - Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development. - Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives. - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs. - Innovative mindset with problem-solving skills to navigate challenges creatively.
