Creative Director Copy

You are expected to drive innovation and be the uniting factor for the clients and their goals across services. If you are a Creative Director - Copy who excels in the art of storytelling and also has a good understanding of design aesthetics, this role is perfect for you. The ideal candidate should have the ability to craft compelling narratives in both Hindi and English, bring fresh ideas to the table, and think visually while writing. As a Creative Director - Copy, your responsibilities will include developing and executing creative strategies that align with the company's brand, vision, and business goals. You will lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Collaboration with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together is crucial. You will also work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences. Moreover, you will oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets to ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Your role will involve working on integrated campaigns, from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond. You will be required to write across various formats such as ads, scripts, social media, and long-form content, seamlessly switching between Hindi and English. Efficient management of budgets, timelines, and creative resources is also essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 9-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team, is required. Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development, proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs are essential.
