As a Creative Team Leader at The Ayurveda Experience, you will be responsible for spearheading a team of talented professionals to oversee all creative aspects of the company's American business. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns, launching high-converting product pitches, and analyzing performance data to enhance team output. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the creative objectives of the Global Creative Team division. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Marketing, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing creative teams. Proficiency in English, exceptional grammar skills, and a background in the advertising industry are prerequisites for this position. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of professional execution, either as a copywriter or designer, and showcase their ability to lead and inspire a team towards creative excellence.
